I have been converted to  your amazing chocolates! At first, I have to admit that I thought that they would be too rich for my taste…loving as I do very ordinary common or garden milk chocolates. I was in for a heavenly surprise when I got to try them at Narberth Food Festival. Oh my goodness! Certainly not chocolates I can forget in a hurry…and I mean that in the nicest possible way. Having so much fresh and natural ingredient they were subtle, smooth, divinely sumptuous, and sexy! An astounding difference to being hit with chemical flavourings. Not so much a wakeup call as a arousingly seductive kiss. Definitely THAT kind of swoonworthy ‘knee-buckling’, and not the kind from a swift kick in the kneecaps! I would not have known that if I had not had the pleasure of tasting them. I don’t think I can resist buying some more for myself every time I buy them as gifts for others. Truly amazing. I wanted to write to thank you for the experience as well as for bringing these chocolates of some considerable class to the general population. Very well done!

My favourite chocolate is the Rich Caramel. The hint of salt turns it into a truly grown-up chocolate and its richness gives a great long-lasting taste. The Lemongrass has a sophisticated and intriguing taste that lingers in the mouth and reminds me of foreign travel and exotic cuisine. My other favourites are the Violet and Rose creams. The Rose Cream in particular has a delicate taste that always transports me to an English or Welsh garden on a warm summer’s day. The Violet cream, no longer the preserve of elderly aunts, has a lovely gentle flavour that lasts, and while I know that I shouldn’t, I will have just one more.

My experience of Christine Sanders Chocolates is that I tried one and thought “Wow! This is something else.” I tried a couple more and then I thought “Wow! My goodness, Wow!” I then bought a box for a wedding present and they really do make the most wonderful gift. It truly is one of the best presents you can buy. It’s also a fantastic present to buy for your mother or for anybody else you love. These are wonderful chocolates, wonderful. The collection is excellent and there’s not one that I’ve not liked. Every single chocolate is absolutely gorgeous.
